[sr-dev] RFC 5626 (Outbound) planned?

RFC 5626 support is currently being added to the JAIN SIP stack, which 
is the basis for many Java SIP products including Mobicents (and Jitsi I 
believe?). So we should see it appearing in derived products in the near 
future.
