[sr-dev] git:master: Added reg_timer_interval modparam to uac to allow user to regulate the

One more - the README should be regenerated and committed to git when 
something changes to docbook xml file. Only the html version is 
autogenerated and published on kamailio.org site.

To generate the README out of xml files, you need xsltproc (eventually 
also docbook-xsl if not got through pkg deps) and lynx installed on your 
devel machine and then do:

make modules-readme modules=modules_k/uac

If takes a while, try:

make modules-readme nocatalog=yes modules=modules_k/uac
