Details - Debian builds on amd64 are incorrect because the check for duplicate libraries is insufficient.

$(CURDIR)/debian/kamailio/usr/local/lib64/kamailio should be added to DUP_LIBS_DIRS in debian/rules.

i have not checked the ser-flavour.
