Details - According to the wiki page http://sip-router.org/wiki/cookbooks/core-cookbook/devel#isflagset named flags are supported, but using them for the acc module throws multiple errors:

Where line 71 corresponds to the modparam line.

Quoting the parameter value doesn't help.
