Details - dialplan table record subst_exp/repl_exp ^(.+:)\+358(.+)/\1X\2 results as

sip:\1X92345670 at test.fi;user=phone

when applied to

sip:+35892345670 at test.fi;user=phone

this is wrong, because \1 should not be in the result.  looks like the bug
is in core re.c or in dialplan modules's use of re.c.
