[sr-dev] LCR: defunct_gw() is dangerous

Is there any way to dump the gateways defined in LCR module from the
script in order to pool them?

I can get them via RPC command 'lcr.dump_gws' and defunct them via
script but I don't figure out how to accomplish both tasks from any of
them.
