[sr-dev] debug make target

Sorry for the stupid question, but is there a generic toplevel make 
target that will compile Kamailio/SR in ways maximally suitable for 
GDB analysis, e.g.

- Without optimisations that strip out some symbols and values.
- With -g, -ggdb, etc.
