Did you get a coredump? If yes, send the backtrace:

  gdb /path/to/kamailio /path/to/corefile
  bt

If not, be sure you set 'ulimit -c unlimited'

Alternatively, run kamailio with 'debug=3' and send all the logs from the moment REGISTER is received. If you can ngrep the REGISTER request and paste it here, would be very useful.
