by coincident, this came out a minute ago and it refers to OMA XDM buddy
list management and external references.  i should be getting a client
with oma capabilities to test in a couple of weeks.

  There is a new release of OpenXCAP, version 2.0.0  It contains many
  bug fixes and buddy lists management based on OMA XDM specifications
  related to SIP SIMPLE presence.
