  Hello,

please take a moment and check the upgrade guidelines at:
http://sip-router.org/wiki/install/3.0.x-to-3.1.x

Add any missing parts you discover and enhance existing sections in 
order to make the process as smooth as possible. There are only two days 
left to launch 3.1.
