[sr-dev] git:master: pkg: updated kamailio spec file for CentOS

the specs installs dbtextdb.pyc and dbtextdb.pyo files for kamctl, but
when I tried to generate rpms on centos 5.5, these files were not found.
How they are generated (since source tree does not include them) or can
they be ommitted?

Cheers,
Daniel
