[sr-dev] t_set_fr incompatibility

in sr_3.0 this works:

  t_set_fr("$avp(i:722)", 5000);

but in kamailio_3.0 i get error:

  0(27178) : <core> [cfg.y:3326]: parse error in config file /etc/sip-proxy/sip-proxy.cfg, line 1983, column 31-34: Function parameter with integer value not allowed

why is that?  i thought that k and sr are using the same tm module.
