Packages generated from PACKAGE_GROUPS, must be named:
  ser-<package_group_name>-modules (e.g. ser-db-modules ,
                                         ser-radius-modules)
Packages generated from MODULES_SP, must be named:
  ser-<module_name>-module  (e.g. for MODULES_SP=modules/db_mysql =>
                                       ser-mysql-module )
