[sr-dev] crash while parsing uri

I did a commit, please try to see if it is fixed now. Somehow, 
accounting of missed call event used a different uri discovery scheme 
than normal accounting even for failed transactions (which is 
practically same event).

If works, we can backport - affected case was as you discovered, when 
there was drop called and branch not forwarded with missed call acc flag 
set.
