Hello Olle,

it should be possible to to specify a catalog.xml file that points to the 
stylesheets on the localhost host, i think. Perhaps there is an error in the 
existing catalog.xml file?

Yes, i noticed the missing READMEs, for tm and dialplan it still missing. ;)
