[sr-dev] Doesn't SIREMIS create the MD5 hash by itself?

ha1b is used by auth module to perform Digest authentication in case the user 
sends "user at domain" in "username" field of (WWW-)Authorization header.
In case it sends just "user" then ha1 field is taken to match the credentials 
"resposne".
