[sr-dev] alias_contact()/handle_alias() ready for testing

"final" version of alias functions was not final.  daniel suggested to make
rr_count a psedo variable $rr_count exported by nathalper module.

it turned out a very easy thing to do and i did it.  new version of
sr_3.0 based nathelper.c and the example are available as
