[sr-dev] onreply_avp_mode tm param is missing

just to clarify, i'm trying to set onreply_avp_mode to 1, i.e., i need
to see the avps that i set in request route, in branch and failure
routes.

if this is default behavior in sr, then fine, but if not, how to achieve
it?
