[sr-dev] Compilation ignoring directory settings

Hello,

the make system is quite different than what we had in previous kamailio 
version (which is based on old ser makefile system), using config files 
for make.

You can try:
- make PREFIX=/your/path cfg
- check config.mak and tune it as you wish

The just to make; make install...

Of course, anything you test and contribute to wiki is very appreciated:
