Juha,

Is this all the output? The problem occurs in process 20283, this error is
returned by the mysql library when the caller does not free the result
returned by a previous command correctly. I am especially interested in
previous databasa queries submitted within process 20283. 

I could also happen that one of the modules does not initialize database
properly in mod_init or child_init, could you send me the list of modules you
are using?
