script parsing: C style switch() & case support

- support for parsing C style switch() & case, e.g.:
  switch($var){
	case 1:
	        log(1, "1\n");
	        break;
	case 2:
	case 3:
	default:
	         log(1, "default\n");
	}
  (note: this is different from kamailio/openser switch())
