Hi,

selects come from SER, I found these pages about them:
http://www.iptel.org/introduction_to_selects_and_attribute_value_pairs_avpairs
http://www.iptel.org/attribute_value_pairs_and_selects

For the list of available selects you can use
http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/search
(Uncheck F, R, and P)
It shows a bit older state though.
