This patch fixes a trivial error in the presence library's destroy_notifier_domain()
which causes a double free. It also removes an early return from the pa module's
pa_destroy() function which is now functional with the above fix.

This is an issue if you're searching for memory leaks.

The patch applies equally to 2.0 and HEAD.
