Hm, why is that, wouldn't a simple target "make libs" be non-intrusive?
What was Andrei's suggestion?
I would say that there shouldn't be "make-things" in the ser tree that
cannot be done from the main makefile. This includes the binary
packages, another thing I just realized is not fully accessible from the
makefile.
Of course, my perspective is purely "simplicity for non-developers", so
there might be other things to consider.
