Dear Tomasz,
Thank you for a very interesting project proposal! I'm in a charge of
the documentation effort at iptel.org and would like to offer my
comments and support.
A few random things:
* Documentation is on a nice development path, so hopefully you will
find the shortage to be of less problem in the near future
* I will offer my assistance in being a liaison to the development team
* I can offer my support in discussing architecture and approaches to
minimize duplication and maximize benefits of the project
* I believe serweb can benefit from your project if the architecture is
right and if you avoid making a j2ee implementation of serweb
* Arek on serdev is a participant in an EU project working to establish
means to "network" service providers. He has had many good ideas and
suggestions on the list. You may want to search for his name to look at
the various threads
