I put 'prot' by accident into the proto column of the trusted table instead of 'any'. When SER got a INVITE and reached the 'if (!allow_trusted()) { ' section it would segment fault with no error message. Took quite a while to realise my error and why SER was dieing unexpectedly with no warning.
