The attached patch adds the following feature to the uri_db module:
- lookup_user, no matter if it is called with one or two parameters, adds an AVP
"uri_canonical" with the value 1, if the URI in the corresponding header was canonical
(which means it is not an alias for the UID)
- additionally it tries to simplify the code a little bit
- it fixes a lot of comments in the uri_db module
