[Serdev] Oracle reserved words in SER DB schema

Dmitry,

I changed uid to uuid and access to attr_access for oracle. New oracle
scripts are in sip_router/scripts/oracle. Could you, please, try them to
make sure that they can be loaded into oracle and close:

if it works? (reopen the issue if it does not work).

Note that we will also need to reconfigure ser to use uuid instead of
uid, but I would like to verify that we can load the scripts into the
database first.
