Greger,

the fifo support has been moved from the core to the fifo module. Thus the 
core in Ottendorf itself does not understand the fifo config parameters any 
more (I think).
Their is already no fifo="/tmp/.." line any more in the default ser.cfg. But 
to reflact this move even more I'll remove all the other commented fifo 
config parameters to reduce the confusion.
