Well, I think it's quite a lot of work to port the module to Ottendorf, 
because it's currently just intended for 0.9.x. The problem here is that 
I don't have the need for usrloc-cl in Ottendorf (because of, well, some 
other popular free sip server ;o)), and no time either.

So if someone wants to take over the module, please feel free to do so. 
Otherwise just purge it, because I didn't get any requests on porting it 
to Ottendorf (or CVS HEAD) for the last year, so there may not be any 
need for it.
