[Serdev] nat and rtpproxy and video

Hi!

This problem could be anywhere. SER might as a matter of fact not
properly replace the video ports|add the mediaproxy. I have yet
to try that so I cannot say for sure.
But on the other hand there is way easier ways to narrow the problem
down.
Which RTP ports are you seeing?
On which systems are you seeing the video RTP traffic (not as in a 
picture but as in packets on the network)?
Are you getting any ICMP host/port unreachables? Check the 'body'
of those.
