[Serdev] LCR module sql script

I'm trying to install the LCR module, does anyone have a SQL script or at
least the fields types and lengths for the various tables?

I've been looking for this for awhile to test the HA LCR module, I have
the patch for the SQL to modify the table structure, however I can't find
the initial table structures.
