[Serdev] How to configure call forwarding and call confrencing in SER

Hi All,
 
I am usin ser-0.8.14 with asterisk b2bua. I want to add call forwarding and call confrence facility .
 
Can anybody please tell me how can i configure call forwarding and call confrence.
 
Please send me a sample configuration file so that it will become  easy for me.
