[Serdev] CANCEL in failure_route screws up SER

Did anyone have a chance to look at that?

Btw, tried to open an issue for this at bugs.sip-router.org, but I'm not 
able to create one, it always says "Form Errors: There is no valid 
default assignee for this project." and I can't assign one manually 
because of "Assign To: You do not have permission to assign this issue, 
this issue will be assigned automatically."
