[Serdev] dictionary.ser not up-to-date?

Hello,

I've just installed a vanilla ser-0.9.4 and radiusclient-0.5.1 using the
full version of dictionary.ser (no attribute commented out).

It resulted in Ser complaining about missing attributes 4 and 5:

Sep 19 16:33:53 eval /sbin/ser[8777]: rc_avpair_new: unknown attribute 4
and
Sep 19 16:35:45 eval /sbin/ser[8704]: rc_avpair_new: unknown attribute 5


I added these attributes, now everything seems to work fine. Have they been
forgotten in dictionary.ser with the change to radiusclient-ng 0.5.x?
