[Serdev] Please need help....

I have problems running last CVS build of SER it compile perfectly but give 
me an error when running...It say there's a problem parsing config file (... 
0(21830) parse error (1,1-3): syntax error...) there is no souch syntax 
error the file running is an example file: welcome.cfg.
 Can anybody help me ?
