[Serdev] overflowing Expire values

Hi!

There has been some discussion about overlarge Expire header values
[0][1][2] and here is a patch that works for me. It's against a somewhat
modified 0.9.3 but should also applies to CVS HEAD.

The patch checks for possible overflows in the Expire header only, not
Contact fields that have an expire tag.
