[Serdev] Integration of 0.9.0 -- minor bugs

Hi,

One more thing about serctl (sc):  when doing moni, it doesn't seem like 
to want use the $2 with the "==" operator.  So I replaced the code with 
a case-statement:

                               loops=-1;

                               loops=$2
