[Serdev] CVS problems?

Hi,

I'm trying to get an anonymous cvs checkout of the stable release, and 
the server is refusing my connection.  Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

bash-2.03$ export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous at cvs.ser.berlios.de:/cvsroot/ser
bash-2.03$ cvs checkout -rrel_0_8_14 
sip_router                                   cvs [checkout aborted]: 
connect to cvs.ser.berlios.de:2401 failed: Connection refused
bash-2.03$ cvs login
(Logging in to anonymous at cvs.ser.berlios.de)
CVS password:
