[Serdev] contribution: SER module implementing Path extension(RFC 3327)

Hi Juha and all,

I proposed to move the discussion about IMS on a separate list because
it gets more about IMS than ser. As long as it is about dev it's good to
be here, but when we argue about IMS specs it's better to move it away
because we're just making noise ;-).

I agree with you that ser will not be an operator grade IMS, but the
thing is that we could try and show them how it must be done :-P . And
also some operators preferr some more in-house development and you will
be amazed of how many of them are already using ser for IMS. Not
aknoledging this issue wouldn't make it go away.
