[Serdev] contribution: SER module implementing Path extension(RFC 3327)

Hi!

I'm also interested in IMS. Further, the PATH extension is also quite 
useful for normal SIP setups as you can use it for NAT traversal with 
dumb outbound proxies. Thus, IMO serdev is right.
