[Serdev] radius in ser 0.9.x

Hello,

I strongly suggest the release of an updated radiusclient 0.4.x, because 
this behaviour obviously affects the current stable version (which is 
0.8.14 in case anyone forgot).

In my oppinion, there should be fixes for the current stable version if 
bugs (this one is a crasher, no matter if the occurance is rare or not) 
are discovered.

What do you guys think?
