[Serdev] radius in ser 0.9.x

I can report that we have been running 0.9.x with radiusclient 0.4.3 about 
six months on a test platform with pilot users.  We have discovered no bugs, 
but I guess we have been lucky or just don't do what trigger the bugs?!
Juha: What are the bugs??? (Yes, I'm worried ;-)

I vote for as quickly as possible let 0.9.2 support 0.5.x. I also suggest a 
warning on serusers before commiting the actual changes (makeing 0.5.x 
default) as this will be another "you need to do something update" to 0.9.2 
and brake people's compile environments.
