[Serdev] problem installing ser

after compiling and installing ser from source (unstable)
i get the following error message by running serctl:

[root at dev-sunV60x-4 sip_router]# sh serctl
: command not found
: command not found
: command not found
'erctl: line 108: syntax error near unexpected token `{
'erctl: line 108: `usage() {


and running ser causes printing the ser.cfg file in addition with :

ERROR: bad config file (1 errors)


any idea ?
