[Serdev] NAT traversal - Remote box

Hello Maxim,

I have  a customer eager to get video working through NAT.  We do not 
wish to write it from scratch if something exists already. There was a 
patch submitted recently, do you intend to apply it to nathelper?

Dan will commit a patch to allow NAT traversal to run on a separate 
machine. I guess some eagerly waited for this for some time. I hope is 
no collision there.
