[Serdev] postgres checkin

Did you solve this ? I did some changes to db api to make it possible to
use several modules at the same time. What has changed is the format of
db uri. Now all db URIs begin with name of the module, for example:
mysql://ser:heslo@dbhost/ser .. for mysql
in your case it would be
postgres://ser:heslo@dbhost/ser
