actually rfc3261 lists "method" contact parameter, but i haven't found
any definition for it and have never seen any sip ua to use it.
"methods" contact parameter is defined in draft-ietf-sip-callerprefs and
is used to indicate which methods a ua supports.  it is used by many sip
uas on the market andser can use it to store the supported methods in
location table.  so it makes sense for ser to parse methods contact
parameter rather than method parameter.
