if you want to use acc module, you have to patch it. It is little bit 
complicate, at least for accounting in MySQL, the acc table has to be 
extended with new columns, or with one container column where to store a 
list of attribute=value fields for extra accounting information.

FYI: xlog is a module able to log (to syslog) more fields, but that 
information might not be that good for accounting or billing. As far as 
I know, logging custom SIP headers with xlog are on to-do list of 
module's maintainer, but there is no ETA.
