[Serdev] one AOR

Subject:  Where one user is registered with two ips, an administrator
may want to contact the latest location entry or only allow one entry
per user.
 
Using ser 0.8.12, I have noticed issues with using the 'freshest' AOR
for a subscriber.  First, there is a mismatch between the documentation
and code in the actual module.  Second, with a work around for the
documentation, the feature does not work, all the time.
 
Before I go into details on the issue, I was wondering if there was a
fix or if this issue has been addressed, or if there is another method
of contacting the freshest AOR or restricting a user to one AOR entry in
the location table.
