[Kamailio-Devel] [LCR] A field in "gw" table to enable/dissable a gw

Hi, if would be useful if "gw" table contains a new field "active":

- If 1, the gw is used and pinged (if "ping" is 1).

- If 0, then the gw is not used, neither pinged even if "ping" is 1. This is, 
the gw is ignored during module load and load_gw(), it doesn't exist for LCR 
module.

Perhaps this feature is already possible in some other way?
